About the Author The author is a former General Manager of PNB and was Financial Advisor in REC Power Distribution Company LTD. (fully owned subsidiary of REC LTD., A GOVT of India Enterprise), Ex Director of Everest Bank ltd. Nepal and Ex Director in the boards of many other companies.
