The present book deals with the importance of the redressal machinery under the Consumer Protection Acts/ Bills 1986 to 2018 into five chapters. History of consumer protection and redressal mechanism is discussed in the first chapter. The second chapter examines main features of the Consumer Protection Act of 1986, Bill of 2015 and 2018. Limitations and guidelines for filing consumer complaints is explained in the third chapter and the fourth chapter reviews limitations in grievance redressal mechanism.
