The good contributions of the authors are to a tune of 17 chapters in the field of Commerce and Management Research: A survey 2021 and it is a systematic and scientific study that have been thematically spread over and blended into five major themes. They are: (A) Business Environment (B.E.); (B) Business Organisation (BO) ; (C) Industry and Trade (IT); (D) Organisation and Management of Social Environment (O&MSE); (E) Quantitative Techniques and Research Methodology (QT&RM) thesis; (F) Analysis; (G) Innovative areas of Research; (H) Project Proposal; and (I) Conclusions. A deviation from normal traditional outlook and structure, an attempt has also been made to include new methods of banking such as e-banking, digitalization in banking and also the analysis of core chapters have been carried out and presented. The editor also intends to present the innovative areas of research exclusively, summative analysis and study relating to research funding in the form of (1) ICSSR project proposals for the award of minor/major research project – a model study.
