About the Book

An explosion of information, cyber security and related strategies are envisioned to strengthen cyber dialogue between nations. Developments are essential to advance the vision of cyberspace, including information policies and sharing best practices. For the past decade, EU and India have come forward and brought cyber dialogue. In addition to cybernetic issues, socio-political aspects have been left in the background to continue developing tools to avoid cyber conflicts. The papers in this edited book are able to throw light on contemporary issues, measures and capacity development. The concepts and aspects discussed in the book may reflect the conflict resolution mechanisms of initiatives to promote cyber norms in social contexts.
