Small scale industries has emerged as a vibrant and dyanamic sector of the Indian economy that contributes around 40 percent of the total industrial production and other 34 percent of the nation exports. The present book examines the impact of economic reforms on the productivity growth of the Indian small scale industrial sector. The book compares the growth performance of Indian small scale industrial sector in pre and post reforms period respectively.
