The general backwardness of the tribal women and other issues like violence, crime & atrocities against tribal women are seems to be some of the deterministic obstacles of empowerment of tribal women. The educational backwardness and the resultant capability deprivation further worsen the empowerment of tribal women. The powerlessness resulting from the capability deprivation and lack of freedom of choice are the significant stimulants of human rights violation of tribal women. It further leads to the denial of many of the entitlements that are normally available to members the society.
