In his book, “Half a Century And Still At The Crease”, the author brings to life the professional achievements of over half a century of his incredible journey. An IIM graduate, Biji K Kurien has captured his passion for excellence and his determined efforts to build and promote human skills. The author worked in Industry in executive capacity post his IIM days for 30 years in 3 companies and as a business & strategy consultant for over 20 years. A considerable part of this connected with the paint industry. In the last two years he has been mentoring tech start-ups and is currently on the Advisory board of a tech start-up in Australia. He is an example of how one can contribute to wider causes, with his efforts in promoting and upgrading of human resources through the Skills Council, and work with Associations like Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Indian Paint Association of both he was President.
