This book is the outcome of the research done by the Commission on Tribals and Adivasis, the National Council of Churches in India (COT-NCCI) for the past few years of her journey from 2009-2013. From North East India to North West India, from South to North, from Central to the Coastal regions of the country, the COT-NCCI through her journey of the length and breath of the country listens to the voices of the Tribal and Adivasi peoples by way of visiting the peoples in their times of struggles, celebrations and festivals and also listening to their stories during consultations, workshops and seminars.
