ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Dr Bala Sivaji Patro, A Post Graduate in History from Berhampur University, started his professional career as a History Lecture in the Higher Education Department, Govt. of Odisha. He has selected as an SSB Lecture in the year 2016 and now serving in the Uday Pratap Science College, Sheragada, Ganjam, Odisha. He has recently conferred Doctoral Ph.D in History by Berhampur University in the year 2022-23 under the auspicious guidance of Sri Ramakanta Bhuyan. The co-author Dr Ramakanta Bhuyan has completed his M.A, M.Phil, & Ph.D from Berhampur University. He joined the service as Assistant Professor of History Dept. in the year 2012 in the same institution. Having more than 11 years of experience, he has 30 research publications in various referred journals of both national and international reputation. He has awarded 7 M.Phil scholars and 5 Ph.D scholars in his credit. Further he has published two research based book as the outcome of his Ph.D work.
