It shall not only give a perfect platform for an interaction amongst the diversified community but will also provide the readers an insight in the recent legal developments in sexual harassment laws. Further, it shall guide the society to develop a proper understanding and awareness of the issues confronting the women at large and then to take up further inquiry and investigation. Despite being illegal and affront to dignity, sexual harassment at workplace is pervasive and challenging to eliminate, and therefore this handbook will serve in the right direction.
