I was taking deeper breaths whenever I was startled in this sleep, like breathing is my anchor. And this is my last night at this height for some time so in this semi awkened state in down, I wanted to absorb the tranquility of nature throughh my five sense. Smelling the air, feeling the sand, hearing the rare birds, seeing the panorama and tasting success, the most satiating taste ever. I felt like a mountain myself that stands tall through day and night, storm and rain, seasons and circumstances. It also enhances my creativity, rewiring the brain of the new possibilities and perspectives and making me free to room the wildernesses, to be one with nature. 'Shinrin-yoku'
