The author is a retired brigadier general of Nepal Army.He served this institution for 35 years,in the professional career, he discharged variety of jobs as peacekeepers of the united nations at the middle-east and Caribbean region. he was also deputed to the Permanent Mission of Nepal to the United Nations,New York as Military advisor where he rigorously worked for the Security Council and other legislative bodies to restore international peace.
