This huge Panorama of LMIC (Low and Middle Income Country) covers almost half of the ‘Global Panorama’ and needs concrete and consistent attention to bring up to the category of Developing Nations by overcoming the aforesaid inherited characteristics of the Developing Nations through innovative technologies to enhance the Human Development Index (HDI) statistics, high child welfare and quality education.
