About the Author: Prof. Amit Choudhury (b.1970) Presently the Dean, School of Business Sciences and Director Center for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Science and Technology Meghalaya; possesses a multidisciplinary focus having graduated in Chemical Engineering, a post graduate in Business Administration and Ph.D. in Educational Administration. Prof. Choudhury brings to the fore rich academic & research as well as industry experience of almost 27 years. His areas of interests includes entrepreneurship, sustainable development, livelihood studies, life long learning, social marketing, e-learning etc.
Dr. Sandeep Gupta (b.1981) Completed his M Phil and PhD from Assam University, Silchar in Sociology. Presently teaching and supervising PhD research in Sociology as Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya from the last eight years. Specialisation in Research Methodology, Sociological Theories, Criminology, Sociology of Health. Research interest in Sociology of Health, Tribal Studies, Sociology of Communication, Folklore.
