All Round Development for Well Being About the Author D.K. Chaturvedi was born in Madhya Pradesh, India on August 3, 1967. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College Ujjain, M.P. in 1988 and did M.Tech in Engineering Systems and Management in 1993 followed by Ph. D. in Electrical Power systems in 1998 from Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University), Dayalbagh, Agra, India. Presently he is working as a Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering, D.E.I., Dayalbagh, Agra, India. He has won several awards and recognitions including President's Gold medal and Director's medal of Dayalbagh Educational Institute (Deemed University) in 1993, Tata Rao Medal Award in 1994, Dr. P.S. Nigam UP State Power Sector Award in 2005 and 2007, Musaddi Lal Memorial Award and institutional prize award from The Institution of Engineers (India). He was Awarded BOYSCAST fellowship of Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India in 2001. He is regularly visiting as a fellow to University of Calgary, AB, Canada. He has many national and international research collaborations in the area of Modeling and simulations, soft computing, intelligent adaptive Control systems, and optimization. He had also organized many short term courses in the area of Modeling and Simulation of Systems; Fuzzy systems and its applications. He is consultant to Aerial delivery Research and Development Establishment (ADRDE), Agra, DRDO Lab, Govt of India. He had organized many national seminars and workshops Theology; Ethics, Values and Social Service; Professional Ethics; Ethics, Agriculture and Religion; Linkage between Religion and Future of Mankind; and Teachings of Bhagwat Geeta and Religions of Saint. He had written a book on "soft Computing and its applications to Electrical Engineering" for Springer Germany, 2008 and also edited a book on `Theology, Science, and Technology: Ethics and Moral Values' from Vikas Publishing House, Delhi, 2005. He is teaching a course to M.Tech. Students on Professional Ethics, values and Consciousness at the university level since last two and half decades. He had published many paper in reputed peer reviewed journals and conference on consciousness, ethics and values.
