About the Author: Krishna Kanta Dhali is Assistant Professor in the Department of History, Gobardanga Hindu College, 24 Parganas (North), West Bengal and also serving as the Secretary of Teacher Council. He has contributed several research articles on Socio-political and Socio-cultural issues which have been published in various reputed journals and edited books. He has published a book entitled Prachin Biswa Sabhyata: Samajik Gathon O Sanskritik Nidarshan. Tridib Mandal is Assistant Professor in the Department of History, Gobardanga Hindu College, 24 Parganas (North), West Bengal. He is awarded PH.D. for his thesis on ‘Swadhinattor kale Banglar Pat-Silper Sangkat O Jatiokaraner Dabi: 1947-1977’ by the Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata, West Bengal. He has contributed several research papers on Socio-political and Socio-cultural issues which have been published in various reputed journals and edited books. He has published a book entitled, Bangladesh Liberation War: A Retrospect.
