I am very happy to bring this book to the readers. I tried to find out driving factors for the farmers' suicides and its impact on households to the best of my ability. The book is divided in to 9 chapters. Each chapter is divided into various sub sections. The erstwhile Medak district is one of the districts with farming crisis in Telangana state. The impact of farmers' suicides on the Socio-Economic conditions of households in the district is examined in chapter 7. The role of NGOs, the response of the government and particularly the recent scheme (Rythu Beema) of Telangana government is discussed in chapter 8.
