Both voluntary and involuntary migration brings lots of psychological changes in Adolescents. Poor self-esteem and maladjustment are the two important problems that affect the interpersonal relationships in any adolescent’s environment who migrated to a different society. One such group of NRI adolescents who are technically called as TCK (Third Culture Kids) are provided with Life skill intervention in order to help and measure its influence. Life Skills training targeting the interpersonal relationship domains namely empathy, effective communication, dealing with emotions and interpersonal relationship brought desirable outcome in adolescent’s emotional wellbeing namely socialization, self-awareness, self-esteem and confidence. Mental health professionals and other stakeholders should prioritize immigrant adolescent’s psychological and social wellbeing.
