The Conference was organised by DVK in association with the Chavara Central Secretariat, CMI Príor General's House, Kochi, India, in collaboration with Archdiocese of Köln (Germany), Boston College (USA), Catholic Theological Ethics in the World Church (CTEWWC), CHRIST (Deemed to be) University (Bangalore),Papers in this volume present the historical background and theological foundations of synodality, perspectives on synodality from various continents, and an appraisal of the current challenges and the way forward.
